Create your workspace
A workspace is your company's own instance of UpAll: a private subdomain, your team, your clients, and everything you monitor. Signing up creates one and makes you its first Admin.
Sign up at upall.app
On upall.app, choose Sign up. The form asks for three things:
- Company name — your MSP's name as your clients will see it on the portal, status pages, and reports. You can change it later in workspace settings.
- Subdomain — a short slug that becomes your workspace address: pick
acmeand the workspace lives atacme.upall.app. Choose it with care — it's the address your team signs in at, the address your clients visit, and part of every status-page link you share. - Admin account — an email address and password, or sign in with Google. Either way, this first account is a workspace Admin with full control over the team, billing, and settings.
No credit card is asked for at any point. Every new workspace starts on the entry plan, which carries enough capacity to monitor a real system and watch checks flow before you decide on a paid one. A welcome email arrives to confirm the workspace and its address. The plans page shows what each plan includes, and Plans and limits explains how those limits behave.
Where everything lives
Your subdomain hosts three distinct surfaces:
- The console at
https://{your-slug}.upall.app/admin— where you and your team work: monitors, incidents, clients, reports, and settings. Bookmark it. - The client portal on the same subdomain — the read-only view your clients sign in to (they land on
/dashboard). - Public status pages — tokenized links under the same subdomain that anyone can open without an account.
The marketing site and this knowledge base stay on upall.app itself; your workspace subdomain is where the product actually runs.
One email, several workspaces
An account belongs to exactly one workspace, but the same email address can hold accounts in several — useful if you work with more than one company. When it does, login asks which workspace you're entering, and a switcher inside the product moves you between them. Details in Workspaces and multiple accounts.
Next steps
A sensible first session:
- Set your logo, brand color, and timezone in workspace settings.
