Terms of service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms govern your use of UpAll. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you use UpAll on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
The service
UpAll is a monitoring platform for IT service providers, operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It checks the availability of the systems you register, records the results, opens and closes incidents, notifies you, and presents the outcome to your clients through branded status pages and periodic reports.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace by you and by the team members you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may monitor only systems that you own or that you are expressly authorised to monitor. You must not use UpAll to probe, overload, or interfere with anyone else's infrastructure, to circumvent another service's protections, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend a workspace that endangers the platform or other customers, and we will tell you when we do.
Plans, billing and tax
Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%) — the price you see is the price you pay. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. For every successful payment we issue a simplified tax invoice and send it to your workspace email; your invoices also remain available from the billing page. What each plan includes is stated on the plans page at the time of purchase.
Renewal, cancellation and downgrade
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the card you saved. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal cannot be collected after our retries, your workspace moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, and your data remains available within the Free plan's limits.
Your clients and the status portal
The status pages and reports you publish carry your brand and your content. You are responsible for what you choose to show your clients and for having the right to monitor the systems behind it. UpAll's name does not appear on your clients' pages.
Availability
We operate the service with commercially reasonable care and skill, and we monitor it with the same tooling we sell. The service is nevertheless provided "as is": published plans do not carry a contractual uptime guarantee, and maintenance windows or events beyond our control may interrupt monitoring. A missed check or a delayed notification does not make us responsible for the outage it would have reported.
Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its software remain ours. The data you enter and the results generated for your workspace are yours; we use them only to provide the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we will notify workspace owners by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For any question about them, reach us through the contact page.
